Excessive Sweating (Hyperhidrosis)

Reduce excessive sweating.

Dysport injections can help reduce excessive sweating between 4-18 months and you can continue your routine activity immediately.

Who suffers from excessive sweating?

Excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) affects many people, but it can be particularly embarrassing for people in the public eye, such as schoolteachers, lecturers and presenters. It is also gaining popularity for special events, such as weddings.

How is excessive sweating treated?

We offer treatment for hyperhidrosis to our clients through the use of muscle relaxant injections. The most commonly treated areas are the underarms, forehead and hands.

Small quantities of Dysport are injected with a tiny needle just below the surface of the skin. This blocks the nerve impulse from reaching that area, and in turn, the sweat glands are inactivated. After treatment, patients can continue their routine activity immediately. The benefits are usually seen in a few days.
